Motivation: The best advice I can give you to have the right motivation, is to look for a local club, running- swimming- or cycling union or ask your colleague from work. Believe me, it’s a lot more fun training in a group or at least two by two. Furthermore you are able to talk about special tips and can exchange experiences concerning training routes among each other. After some time you won’t skip any training session or rather like to stay on the couch. You build up a positive motivation. After getting fitter and reaching the first victories the times of bracing yourself up for the training are gone.After-Training: An accurate finish of every single training session is very important and accelerates the regeneration. I am stretching and can advise hot and cold showers and sauna rounds. To get the certain strength and power is only possible when you take care of yourself, especially the muscles.
Safety: The right sport equipment is really important for securing your body. But there are also some other rules you should follow. Don’t be out in the lake on your own during the swim training. You might overestimate yourself. During cycling sessions I always try to cycle on illuminated streets, because it is difficult for drivers to assess my speed.
